Q: How long have you practiced yoga and what other forms of exercise do you like to do? 
 
I tried yoga for the first time about 10 years ago, paused for 7 years and then started again about 3 years ago.  I ski as often as I can, and play tennis, paddle, golf, and ride the Peloton.
 
Q: What brought you to YogaSpark? 
I was complaining about my back to a friend who told me I needed to go with him to YogaSpark.  One guest pass later and I was hooked.
 
Q: What do you love about practicing hot power yoga?
It challenges both my body and mind.  I love the way both feel after practicing.
 
Q: Can you give a word or phrase that describes yoga to you?
Restorative fuel for the body.
 
Q: What's your current favorite song to flow to?
There are so many I like.  Some that relax, some that motivate and some that I want to sign along with.  The song that does all this for me the few times I’ve heard it in a class is “Can’t you See” by the Marshall Tucker Band.
 
Q: Do you have a favorite quote?
Not sure I have a favorite, but one I like a lot is:  “Choose to be optimistic, it feels better.” 
 
Q: What yoga pose do you love practicing right now?
Savasana with a cold tea tree soaked towel on my forehead!

I once skied over 200 days in a 12 month period.
